Trades
In between rounds, team owners are allowed to completed a limited number of trades.
You will only be able to complete your trades if you have enough money.
You have 26 trades to use over the whole 14 fantasy round season, with a limit of 4 trades in a single round.
You do not earn additional trades through the season, so once they are gone, they are gone!
You can reverse individual trades or rollback your whole team before round lockout.
Note that you can make an unlimited number of changes up until the start of the competition
Captains
You are able to select a Captain who will earn you double points. You can do this by clicking the 'C' button on a player in your starting XI
If you don't select a Captain, nothing bad will happen, you just miss out on the opportunity for extra points.
If your captain scores a negative points, that will still be doubled.
Emergencies
You have an extra player per playing position, who will act as an emergency if a player in your starting XI for that position doesn't play.
The emergency players points will only count to your score after a player in that position has not played in all their teams matches for that round.
Players that are listed in the team when the game starts will count, even if they score 0 points or they never get the chance to take to the field due to rain, so long as a ball has been bowled in that match.
If a game is abandoned before the toss or before a ball has been bowled, those players are not considered to have played a game.
Price Changes
Players will have their price adjusted after they have played 3 games.
A player can have more than one price adjustment if they play more than one game in a round.
Head-to-Head Leagues
Each round you will play head-to-head against another team in your League, with teams ranked on a ladder based off those results.
League Owners have control over the structure of the league, the number of teams allowed, what round it starts and if it has finals or not.
Open Leagues
Each team is ranked on total points scored across the season.
Round 4 - Bye Round
There is one bye round in Round 4, where a four teams (Glamorgan, Sussex, Lancashire, Kent) do not play.
League owners able to decide if this bye round counts or not for their leagues.
Round 5 & 6 - Combined Round
Rounds 5 and 6 are combined into a single round for fantasy. This is because Round 5 has eight teams with a bye and Round 6 has six teams with a bye.
Having eight teams with a bye for Round 5 is excessive for fantasy, so we have taken the decision to combine the rounds, as having teams double up on matches is easier to manage for users.
This will mean that in the combined Round 5 & 6, six teams play twice (Glamorgan, Sussex, Lancashire, Kent). Any players from those teams will score points from both matches. These were the same team that had a bye in Round 4
League owners do not get a choice for this arrangement of rounds.
This round will have rolling lockout, as explained below
Rolling Lockout for Round 5 & 6
The combine Rounds 5 & 6 will have a rolling lockout, where players will only locked in your selected XI once their team plays.
Players for Lancashire, Kent, Somerset, Essex, Derbyshire, Sussex, Middlesex, Leicestershire, Yorkshire and Glamorgan will be locked at the start of Round 5 on the 3rd of May
Players for Hampshire, Worcestershire, Nottinghamshire, Surrey, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and Gloucestershire will be locked at the start of play for their games on the 10th of May
While the round is in progress, you will be free to make new trades or cancel existing trades as long as both players being traded in and out are not locked.
You will be able to substitute players from your bench and change your captain as long as those players are not yet locked.
Once the round has started, you will not be able to rollback your team, only individual trades.
Ladder
You get 4 points for a win, 2 for a draw, and no points for a loss. Teams are then ordered by most points, then by percentage (points scored in matches as a percentage of points conceded)
Fixtures
Matches may change rounds without notice and total number of rounds may change. Attempts will be made to try and ensure a fair fixture, but it won't always be possible.
